MARKETING/CREATIVE DIRECTOR ROLE
This is an in-house, full-time position.
- Leading all things marketing, content, and brand storytelling for Hurricane Marsh Outfitters
- Creating and managing short-form and long-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube videos, hunt vlogs, etc.)
- Filming hunts, events, behind-the-scenes content, lifestyle shoots, and product-focused footage
- Producing the Hurricane Marsh podcast, including planning, filming, and editing
- Overseeing our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Developing content calendars and ensuring consistent, high-quality posting
- Shooting product photos and lifestyle images that reflect our brand identity
- Traveling to trade shows, events (NWTF, expos, festivals), and field days to capture content
- Working collaboratively with the Hurricane Marsh team to execute creative concepts and campaigns
- Maintaining brand consistency — tone, messaging, visuals, and storytelling
- Managing digital assets and organizing video/photo content
- Supporting growth strategies, new product launches, and brand initiatives
- Brainstorming and pitching new ideas to expand our online presence and community engagement
- Acting as the lead creative operator behind shaping the brand’s presence across all platforms
Wholesale Sales Representative Role
This is an in-house, full-time position.
- Representing Hurricane Marsh Outfitters to retail stores and wholesale partners
- Traveling to trade shows, expos, and sales events to showcase our full product line
- Visiting retailers to place preorders and strengthen store relationships
- Developing a deep understanding of our apparel line, brand story, and best-selling items
- Managing wholesale accounts and communicating regularly with buyers
- Identifying new retail opportunities and securing new store placements
- Assisting with sales at major events such as NWTF, outdoor expos, and country music festivals
- Maintaining an organized sales pipeline and reporting activity to the team
- Providing excellent customer service and brand representation at all times
- Working under a salary + commission structure with growth opportunities
