RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURN/EXCHANGE CRITERIA
- Item(s) must be in original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with tags attached.
- Return/Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase date. (Christmas gifts are an exception! Item(s) purchased 11/01-12/24 will have through 1/31 to make an exchange/return.)
- Item(s) must be in original, resalable condition.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns/ Exchanges will only be accepted if purchase through our company directly.
STEP 1:
- Purchase a the correct shipping label for the item you are wishing to return/exchange. (Shipping labels are available below.)
- In the gift note section, write your order number. (If item was purchased directly through Hurricane Marsh at an event, specify where it was purchased at.)
STEP 2:
- Once you have purchased the return/exchange shipping, & we have verified your return/exchange, we will email/text you a return label.
- IMPORTANT - Please make sure to put a note in your package explaining the issue & what you are needed in return. (Example: Size is too small, I would like Large.)
- If you are wanting to swap this style out for a different style of the same credit value, please specify in note & we will contact you.
STEP 3:
- Once we have received the item(s) being returned/exchanged, we will evaluate the item(s) to ensure they are resalable.
- Once return/exchange is approved, we will ship out the new item(s) or issue the credit in the same form as original payment.
We are not responsible for paying for shipping for item(s) that were returned in a condition that does not meet the return/exchange criteria. If we receive an item that is ineligible for a refund/return, we will contact you, & you will have the option to purchase shipping to have it returned.
